Sri Lanka's cabinet approved a revised electricity reform bill that will be presented to parliament by the end of April. This bill, linked to a $100 million loan from the Asian Development Bank, aims to restructure the Ceylon Electricity Board by splitting it into separate entities. The public will have two weeks to challenge the bill after it's presented in parliament, following revisions made to address concerns from stakeholders.
